Finding SolutionsThis section will explore practical solutions for ensuring your recruitment process is inclusive and features a framework which you can use to embed D&I into your recruitment.
An Inclusive Recruitment ProcessThis section focuses on the design of an inclusive recruitment process from start to finish - from designing job specifications through to onboarding and induction. You will also learn about transforming the language of exclusion and bias in recruitment.

Sam works on Inclusive Boards Business Development activities across our Executive Search and Advisory activities ensuring our understanding of the sectors we are working with is evidence-based. Sam has a research background and led on the research and development of the Disability in Leadership Toolkit and engineering sector research. Sam also delivers external equality, diversity and inclusion training and webinars as well as supporting delegates on our Executive Leadership Programmes.
