This course is for anybody who is interested in learning more about Imposter Syndrome and how to navigate this. The course also provides insights for leaders whose teams may be experiencing this.
What is Imposter Syndrome?
Impostor Syndrome (IS) is the experience of believing that you are not as competent as others perceive you to be. This can be applied to performance, achievement, intelligence and the social context. To put it simply, imposter syndrome is the experience of feeling like you are going to be found out as not belonging where you are. It can affect anyone no matter their social status, work background, skill level, or degree of expertise.
How long does the course take to complete?
The course can be completed in stages or as a one-day learning esperience. We recommend allowing between 3-4 hours to complete the content.
