Elizabeth has been with Inclusive Boards since its inception. She has led governance reviews, conducted board culture audits and reviews as an observer and delivered both research and training on diversity and inclusion at board and leadership level. Elizabeth has a degree in Accounting and Finance, MBA in Business Management and was previously at Bloomberg LLP as a Financial Analyst. In her previous roles, she has managed large scale multi-partner public sector contracts for BEIS, DWP and the SFA. Elizabeth is also an Independent Member of the Nominations Committee at Which?, supporting their recruitment and appointments.
Sam works on Inclusive Boards Business Development activities across our Executive Search and Advisory activities ensuring our understanding of the sectors we are working with is evidence-based. Sam has a research background and led on the research and development of the Disability in Leadership Toolkit and engineering sector research. Sam also delivers external equality, diversity and inclusion training and webinars as well as supporting delegates on our Executive Leadership Programmes.
Wendy is a certified Coach and NLP practitioner. She has international leadership experience across public sector organisations. Her experiences in international Development (African Elections; Supporting Women & Girls into Leadership) supports the insight, programme structure and delivery for our Executive Leadership Programmes and also delivering coaching to delegates on the programme.
